Rant numero uno!

September 27, 2007 at 10:58 pm (Uncategorized) ()

Okay, I have a rant that I’m sure will turn out PG-13, but I’m goning to keep it PG. At least, I’ll try…

So, today at lunch, my friend was all, “Let my see your left hand.” I gave it to her. Then she just goes and takes my checkered sweatband off my wrist, and doesn’t give it back. I got ticked, and said, “Give it back.” She said, “No, stop being emo.” Then my other friend was all, “Oooh, give it here!” She did. The I was like, “Margie, if you don’t give it back, I will punch you. I am so serious.” And you know what? I knew that threat would work, because the other day, I freaked her out with my whole “dangerous” mood/side. They had locked my out of my own room, and I said in a mad (the insane kind of mad) tone, “Heh heh… you two won’t wake up in the morning…” and some other stuff. Then they finally stopped pushing on the door, and I barged in. So yeah, Margie was freaked like crazy. I know she fears me sometime.
Anyway, she finally gave it back, and I sat down again, shoving the band back on my wrist. But that really got me thinking. Almost all of my friends say that I need to dress/act less emo/goth. Well, screw you all! Why dan’y I just be accepted for who I am, what I want to be, or what I wear! I mean, almost immediately, someone will ask me if I’m goth or emo. That really annoys me. Sure, I dress differently, and sure I maybe don’t have the brightest attitude, but REALLY. I like black. I like rock. I am not, and never will be emo. Maybe a little goth. A very, very small bit of that. I have considered shopping at Hot Topic, but it kinda scares me. Which brings me back to this: WHY THE FREAK DO ALL OF MY FRIENDS HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE WAY I DRESS, WHO I LIKE, OR EVEN WHAT I LISTEN TO?! Seriously! Lay off! You’re my freakin’ friends! You should accept me for who I am! Damn, just shut up, will you!

Jeez. Damn jerks.

*CLICK* In further news of a teenager in the USA…

Not exactly what to title this post at the moment, so, yeah. I finally got out of the house and went shopping. Big thing for me. I got new jeans. Long jeans. My jeans. My long jeans. And I kinda can’t wait to go to school on Monday. That’s a big thing for me. The one who procrastinates almost… no, not even almost. I procrastinate all the time. Which is sad.

As for my social life, I’m not sure that it could not get any worse than it already has, which it better not. So much has gone on in just the first four weeks of school, and I really am not sure what else is going to happen the rest of the year.

Something else; if and when I get my book published (with much help from my parents, teacher, and of course, close friends) I’ll put a link up on here to an order page, if it will help. Oh goodness, I hope it does. I have dedicated much of my time to writing, and I really, really hope that I can get it published. My friends… er, friend, has been very supportive, even if they haven’t read it all, and my teacher, (who hasn’t read past page 15) is also being supportive. Also, my parents understand that I like/want to write so much that they’ll let me spend an hour or two on the computer just typing.

And now I’ve titled my post.

So, that’s basically it for now. Until next time…

Weekends

September 15, 2007 at 11:47 am (Uncategorized)

suck. Today, I have to go to karate, go back to my house, take a shower, help set my sister’s party up (which, believe me, is gonna be a pain in the arse), and it’s a sleepover party. I don’t know what it is, maybe girl’s intuition, but something tells me that they’re going to be up late singing “High School Musical 2″. That is not good on my part, people.

I also have a blog here, for school purposes only.  I have a deviantART account here, where I have a story posted, as well as my awesome art.

I got new CHUCKS and I cannot lie! Seriously, I did. Got ‘em last night with my mom. Serious pwnage. I love my chucks so much. :) They’re my favorite kind of shoe. And I need to get a TI-84 calculator for my math class. Those are rather expensive. And shopping. I need to get new clothes, even if my friends do say that I look emo, which I’m not. I hate that too. One of the first things that everyone asks me is, “Are you emo or goth?”  I say, “Nooooo.” I’m too awesome to be goth or emo. I have my own little style going, and I like that style. Even if that style kinda resembles dark stuff, that’s okay. But it’s also not because it makes me look goth or emo. Maybe in 6th grade I was, but that was a long time ago. Now I’m just too happy sometimes to be emo or goth, goth or emo. ‘Kay, I’m ranting now.

That’s all for now.

sick

September 10, 2007 at 1:58 pm (Uncategorized)

‘Tis true. I’m at home. Sick. Not in school. I think I’m just gonna play gamecube, write/type, read, draw, and do HW today. And maybe nap. And possibly watch a movie (on TV or DVD).  Yeah. Kinda dull right now…

So I think I’ll post a picture that I did!

The name’s Coulisse. I guess you could to refer to me as Cou or Coulisse or something even spiffier that I cannot come up with at the moment. By the way, coulisse happens to mean ‘wings’ in French. I’ll get to that later.

I created this blog for the fun of it. I mean, really. I’m procrastinating on homework, baring a cold, and neglecting to eat breakfast at the moment for this. So be happy.

I won’t tell you where I live. Duh. Huge bad idea. But I’ll give you a hint: I’m somewhere in the United States of America. O.O  Weren’t expecting that, were you? Didn’t think so. And if you were…oops.

A lil summary bout moi:

I listen to rock, pop, hip hop, an extremely small amount of emo, some rap, and I think that’s it. I like Tokio Hotel, Fall Out Boy, 30 Seconds to Mars, Avril Lavigne, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. Some of my favorite songs are Spring Nicht, Lose Yourself, Icebox, From Yesterday, The Kill, When You’re Gone, What Hurts the Most, The Great Escape, and that’s all for now. I read manga, fantasy, and realistic fiction, which includes Fruits Basket, Hana-Kimi: In Full Blossom for You, Naruto (duh), Eragon, Eldest, HP (though I’ve finished all the books), Twilight, the Maximum Ride series, and yet again, so on. I like sushi, orange chicken, ice cream (who doesn’t?), mocha frappachinos, and various other foods. I also like the LOTR series, though I have yet to watch the third movie.

My teachers say I “have a rye sense of humor”. A) I don’t know what that’s supposed to mean. B) Isn’t RYE some sort of bread??

Anyway, that’s all for now.
